The Africa Institute, Sharjah, is organizing a series of webinars to discuss the effects of COVID-19 on Africa and the steps African nations are taking to tackle the spread of the pandemic. The first of these webinars will feature two leading health experts: Dr. Muntaser El Tayeb Ibrahim, Director of Institute of Endemic Diseases, University of Khartoum, Sudan, and Dr. Dawit Wondimagegn, Chief Executive Director, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University and Professor of Psychiatry, in a conversation to be moderated by Salah M. Hassan, Director of The Africa Institute, Sharjah and Goldwin Smith Professor, Cornell University.
